Austin City Lofts Honored with DANA Award |

ClB Partners is proud to be part of the revitalization of downtown Austins Market District with the building of Austin City Lofts. In October 2003, the project earned the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Associations (DANA) Urban Light Award for the best completed, or nearly completed, new downtown project or building.
Since 2000, DANA has recognized new and proposed downtown development projects that enhance the overall quality of life and provide a positive contribution to downtown Austin. Austin City Lofts was selected because it is a true mixed-use tower, designed with pedestrian friendly retail spaces in addition to 82 new downtown living units.
Furthermore, CLB Partners welcomed the neighborhood association into the planning process for Austin City Lofts and are being extremely sensitive to the propertys stretch of Shoal Creek, treating it as an amenity and encouraging neighboring properties to follow suit.
