CLB Hosts National Assoc. of Real Estate Editors Reception

Recently, CLB Partners, developer of 1999 McKinney and their San Diego associate, RS Lawrence Development, hosted a reception for the 37th annual National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) conference in San Diego. The reception was held the evening of Friday, May 9, at Bertrands at Mr. As, a well-known San Diego restaurant that shares many of the same magnificient views as the soon-to-be-completed Park Laurel on the Prado, a luxury high-rise condominium residence CLB is co-developing with RS Lawrence Development.

This years NAREE conference was held in conjunction with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Convention & Expo. Over 30,000 AIA members attended the conference.

Media and NAREE representatives toured the Park Laurel marketing center prior to ascending to the 14th floor location of Bertrands where they could enjoy the magnificent views of the world-renowned Balboa Park, downtown San Diego and the Pacific Ocean. During the reception, there was a Q7A segment that touched upon many of CLBs real estate field of expertise, such as luxury high-rise living and the development of upscale condominiums in urban in-fill locations, such as the 1999 McKinney high-rise in Uptown Dallas and the Austin City Lofts development in the emerging Market District of downtown Austin.
